Welcome to Bancy Education! We are excited to accompany you on your educational journey and want to make sure you have all the information you need to get the most out of our services. By completing this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Educational Counseling.

Bancy Education provides educational consulting services for studying abroad. We are committed to offering accurate information and professional guidance to help you make informed decisions about your education.

2. Official representation of York St John University/OMNES/DBS

We are authorized representatives of York St John University, Omnes, and Dublin Business School, and we work closely with these universities to facilitate your admission process. We will work diligently to submit your application and support you every step of the way.

3. Transparency and Honesty:

We are committed to being transparent at all times. We will provide honest information about academic programs, admission requirements, costs, and any other aspects relevant to your academic experience abroad. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for changes in prices or conditions that come directly from the university.

4. Accountability and Results:

Bancy Education strives to provide the best possible service, but we cannot guarantee specific results in terms of college admission or academic success. Your dedication and fulfillment of the requirements are essential to the process.

5. Housing and Additional Support

As part of the enrollment process, we will help you secure on-campus housing at York St John University, OMNES, or DBS. Once you receive an offer of admission, it is your responsibility to confirm it in a timely manner. Please note that we cannot guarantee you will be assigned your first-choice housing option.

Moving to another country requires a series of small steps, and we’d be happy to advise you to the best of our ability. However, please understand that every situation is unique, and we don’t have answers or precise information for everything.

6. After College

At Bancy Education, we are delighted to support you throughout your study abroad experience. We want to let you know that our commitment covers the duration of your educational contract at the university we have recommended to you. However, once you complete this exciting chapter, we want to be transparent: our ability to intervene is limited to the services agreed upon during the planning of your program. After your contract with the university ends, any additional issues must be handled directly between you and the academic institution. We’re here to support you every step of the way, but we know that, in this new phase, we’re counting on your ability to manage your own decisions and actions.

7. Communication:

You agree to receive communications from Bancy Education through the channels provided in this form. This includes emails, phone calls, and messages related to educational services.

8. Acceptance of Terms:

By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. You agree to follow the guidelines set forth to receive educational counseling from Bancy Education.
